Fraud alert

Recently, outsiders have used the name and image of UNESCO-WFUCA and other international organizations without permission or attribution.

UNESCO-WFUCA does not sell honorary degrees, does not charge fees and does not solicit money under any circumstances.

UNESCO-WFUCA makes it clear that it has no association with these scam attempts or the people who engage in these types of activities.

UNESCO-WFUCA has taken legal action against those who attempt to deceive or defraud third parties using its name.

UNESCO-WFUCA does not solicit bank account or other personal information.

The Unesco office in Mexico, the Mexican Commission for Cooperation with Unesco (Conalmex), and any other government agency or institution in Mexico (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores, S.R.E.), involved in any way with the operation of the “UNESCO Clubs” belonging to the World Federation of UNESCO Centers, Clubs and Associations, better known by its acronym in English as WFUCA.
