Through this statement, it is necessary to clarify that UNESCO WFUCA USA (World Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centres and Associations) may only enter into contracts, agreements, sign titles, official documentation, collect payments, authorize the use of the logo, design or any variation of the UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A. design, or carry out any activity that affects the interests of our organization through the following individuals:
Founding President: GEORGE ON CHRISTOPHIDES
Founding President of UNESCO Nepal: PRADEEP KAPAHLE
President of the UNESCO WFUCA organization: HARRIET TURNER RIVAS
It is clarified that the other members of the Organization do not have the authority to carry out any of the activities mentioned in the first paragraph of this statement.
New members are required to sign a letter of commitment, which establishes the following:
1.1 – To make proper use of the Identification Credential granted by UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A.
1.2 – It is established that the name, logos, design or any variation of UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A. are duly registered trademarks. Under no circumstances may they be used by active members without prior authorization from its holder, HARRIET TURNER RIVAS; only with prior written authorization from UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A. may they be used under the specific conditions established in each case.
The misuse of the name, logos, design or any variation of UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A. is solely the responsibility of the person who uses them, with no responsibility for this International Organization.
1.3 – No active member may profit or obtain personal benefit using the name of UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A., as any donation must be made directly to the official accounts of this International Organization and with prior authorization from its holder, HARRIET TURNER RIVAS.
1.4 – The Identification Credential does not authorize its holder to enter into any contract on behalf of UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A. Any contract or obligation on behalf of this International Organization must be through its holder, HARRIET TURNER RIVAS.
1.5 – Any type of negotiation intended with private individuals or government offices must be immediately reported to its holder, HARRIET TURNER RIVAS.
1.6 – All activities carried out for UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A. are subject to the confidentiality and secrecy agreement.
NO MEMBER OF UNESCO-WFUCA U.S.A. IS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN AGREEMENTS OR CONTRACTS.
Therefore, any contract or agreement is invalid.
